About Christy

My husband, Brandon, and I live in Ohio, where we’ve raised our three beautiful daughters. I serve as the janitor at Rubyville Community Church, a place where I have had the privilege of seeing God move in extraordinary ways.

When I’m not praying or working on my next book, I enjoy sewing, sipping coffee, admiring the beauty of God’s creation, and spending time with my family. The mission God has placed on my heart is simple, yet powerful: to tell the world about Jesus and how He has completely transformed my life.

My devotional series, The Secret Place, is a heartfelt collection of prayers and reflections inspired by my personal journey and deep calling to intercession. Through its pages, I invite you into an intimate place with God,

where you can find encouragement, conviction, strength,

and peace for every season of life.
